Abstract

M-N Interaction graph can be used for design and analysis of reinforced concrete columns of circular sectional shape. This final project developed M-N Interaction graph for reinforced concrete columns circular shape based on SNI 03-2847-2002 about the design and analysis of code of building structures. The M-N Interaction graph of f’c 17,5 MPa to 35 MPa and fy 400 MPa can be used to compare the steps manual count for the calculation of design and analysis of reinforsed concrete. This final project was developed a graphical metoded of M-N interaction using MS-Excel 2007. The result shows that the M-N Interaction graph for concrete compressive strength of 17,5 MPa; 20 MPa; 22,5 MPa; 25 MPa; 27,5 MPa; 30 MPa; 32,5 MPa; 35 MPa, and the yied strength of rebar (fy) 400 MPa and the rasio of D h , γ from 0,5; 0,55; 0,6; 0,65; 0,7; 0,75; 0,8; 0,85. Based on the case of the calculation to design and analysis of reinforced concrete columns of circular shape sectional using M-N Interaction graph show a little difference. The difference in the calculation design and analysis of axial load design φPR around 5%, and the difference in the calculation of design and analysis of flexure momen MR of about 4%.
